The Vinyl-Fit Floor Door uses an integral weldable PVC trim fitted to both the cover and the frame. The vinyl flooring - 2-4 mm thick - is heat-welded directly to this trim, creating a durable sealed joint so the floor door surface is continuous with the surrounding floor.

What is the size range?

Standard sizes: 300x300 mm, 450x450 mm, 600x450 mm, 600x600 mm, and 750x600 mm. Bespoke sizes are also available - call the technical sales team.

How is the floor door opened?

With a lifting/locking key set supplied with each cover. The key lifts the door from its frame for access and locks it back down securely when closed.

Can it be used in high-traffic areas?

Yes - the aluminium construction and recessed tray are designed for commercial floor traffic. Check the load specification for your specific size and application.
