Contract Range Metal Access Panels provide a protected low profile access solution. For use on walls and ceilings for access to building engineering services where space is at a premium. The narrow profile produces a lightweight, robust solution that can be used in all types of wall or ceiling construction.
The panels consist of a metal-faced powder-coated pivoting door tray and frame with the ‘SLIK’ invisible keyhole as standard. With two frame options to choose from, a beaded frame with a perforated flange to key into the surrounding membrane; used for when the surface is yet to be skimmed or tape and jointed. Or the picture frame, in which the same solid flange sites on the surface of the wall or ceiling covering the edge of the cut aperture, for when the surrounding area has already been finished and decorated.
The FR60 fire-protected version provides a low-profile access solution for up to 60 minutes.
